Yes. We coach athletes from all over the UK, including smaller towns and rural areas. Because the coaching is delivered online, your location is never a barrier. We shape your sessions around the roads, pools and training facilities you have access to locally.

Do I need a power meter or can I train with heart rate only?

You do not need a power meter to start. We can build an effective plan using heart rate, pace, RPE and simple time based sessions. If you later add a power meter or other tools, we will integrate those smoothly into your training.

Can I focus on one discipline, like cycling or running?

Yes. Some athletes choose to spend part of the year focusing on a single sport, for example improving cycling strength or building running durability. We can design focused blocks around one discipline and then move back to full triathlon training when you are ready.

Can you help me prepare for races outside the UK?
