After signing up, you’ll complete a detailed athlete profile — including your background in swimming, cycling, and running — along with your goals and availability. From there, we build your personalised triathlon plan and deliver it via TrainingPeaks.

Each session is designed around heart rate, power, pace, or RPE. Your coach monitors your triathlon data, adjusts your plan as needed, and gives regular feedback to keep you on track. We only ask for 30 days’ notice if you wish to stop coaching. There's no lock-in contract or long-term commitment.

How do I receive my training plan?

All triathlon coaching plans are delivered via TrainingPeaks — a free training platform that syncs with most GPS watches and devices.

What equipment do I need?

We work with what you have — whether that’s GPS, heart rate, power meter, or just time and effort. All levels and tools are supported.

Can I get triathlon coaching if I live outside Australia?

Absolutely. We coach triathletes around the world — including the US, UK, Europe, New Zealand, and more. Everything is delivered online.

Do I need to be experienced?

Not at all. We coach beginners training for their first sprint event right through to experienced Ironman athletes.

Can I ask questions anytime?

Yes — we offer 24/7 communication via WhatsApp, email, or your preferred method. Your coach is always within reach.

How often do plans update?

We update your training plan weekly or monthly depending on your coaching package. Plans evolve based on your data and feedback.
