How is my ultra running plan delivered?

Your personalised training plan is delivered through TrainingPeaks or your preferred platform. It includes structured sessions and weekly guidance.

Do I need a GPS watch or heart rate monitor?

They're helpful, but not essential. We can coach using heart rate, pace, RPE, or simple time-based sessions — whatever fits your setup.

Do you coach runners outside Australia?

Yes! We coach ultra runners all over the world — including the US, UK, New Zealand, Europe, and more. Everything is fully online.

Can beginners train for an ultra?

Absolutely. We work with all levels — from first-time 50K runners to experienced athletes training for 100-mile events.

How often can I contact my coach?

Anytime. You’ll have ongoing access to your coach via WhatsApp, email, or your preferred method. We respond quickly to support your training.

How often will my plan be updated?

Plans are adjusted weekly or monthly based on your needs and progress. Your coach reviews your data and feedback to keep things on track.

What if I need to rearrange training days?
