The duration and weekly training hours vary depending on the specific plan:
Beginner / Sub 13 / Sub 12.5 Hour Plans: 20–30 weeks, 10–14 hours/week
Sub 12 / Sub 11.5 / Sub 11 Hour Plans: 20–30 weeks, 12–18 hours/week
Sub 10.5 / Sub 10 / Sub 9.5 / Sub 9 Hour Plans: 20–30 weeks, 12–22 hours/week

Once purchased, your customized training plan is typically delivered within 24 hours after the initial onboarding phone call, allowing you to commence training promptly.
