A 1-hour consultation via phone or email is included to further tailor the plan to your needs.

What is the duration and weekly commitment for each training plan?

Couch to 5km: 8–12 weeks, 2–5 hours per week
Couch to 10km: 10–16 weeks, 3–7 hours per week
5km Training Plan: 10–16 weeks, 3–8 hours per week
10km Training Plan: 10–16 weeks, 4–9 hours per week
Half Marathon Training Plan: 12–16 weeks, 4–10 hours per week

How soon can I start my training plan after purchase?

Once purchased, your customized training plan is typically delivered within 24 hours, allowing you to start training promptly.

Can the training plans accommodate specific scheduling constraints or preferences?
