Event Overview
Tiger Tracks Gravel is a two-day cycling event held on 11–12 April 2026 at Jalbarragup near Nannup in Western Australia. The weekend combines racing and participation options, with separate entry for Saturday and Sunday components. The draft program includes the AusCycling WA State Junior Gravel Championships (U13 11km, U15 30km, U17 50km), an individual 15km time trial, plus Sunday’s 45km and 80km events and a 14km skills-and-ride option.
What the Course Demands
Organisers indicate the 2026 routes will repeat the well-received 2025 course with a small change to start locations. The terrain is described as rolling rather than hilly, and generally at the lower end of the technical spectrum. Routes follow Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions roads and tracks through Wiltshire-Butler National Park and McCorkhill State Forest. Conditions under wheel can vary depending on recent maintenance and rainfall.
Who This Event Suits Best
This event suits riders who prefer rolling terrain and want options across a weekend, from shorter participation rides through to an 80km race. It can work well for athletes new to this style of racing who want a lower-technical course, as well as experienced riders looking to combine a time trial with a longer Sunday event. Juniors are catered for with age-based championship distances.
