The Western Tiers Cycle Challenge is a fully escorted cycling event held in Tasmania’s north, winding through the Meander Valley. Riders can choose from four distances: 52km, 76km, 100km, or 140km.

All routes start from Prospect Park/Prospect Vale and follow a network of local roads and town connectors through areas including Carrick, Westbury, Hagley, and Travellers Rest, with the longer rides reaching Deloraine and beyond. The 140km option adds a larger loop via locations such as Red Hills and Dairy Plains before returning. Expect sustained time in the saddle and frequent changes in direction across multiple junctions.
