What is the duration and weekly commitment for each training plan?

Duration and weekly hours depend on distance and experience level:

Sprint Triathlon Plan: typically 8–12 weeks with 4–8 hours per week.
Olympic Distance Triathlon Plan: usually 12–16 weeks with 6–10 hours per week.
Long Course Triathlon Plan: generally 16–20 weeks with 8–12 hours per week.

Your customized plan is typically delivered within 24 hours after the onboarding call so you can begin training promptly.

What happens if a training plan I need is not shown?
