Every plan is custom-built from scratch based on your fitness, goals, and time availability. Workouts are created using heart rate, power, or RPE depending on your setup. You’ll also receive a 1-hour consultation to review your background and finalize your plan before it’s delivered.

What is the duration and weekly commitment for each training plan?

Beginner / Sub 6.5 / Sub 6 Hour Plans: 12–16 weeks, 7–12 hours per week.
Sub 5.5 / Sub 5 Hour Plans: 12–16 weeks, 9–14 hours per week.
Sub 4.5 Hour Plan: 12–16 weeks, 15–20 hours per week.
Half Ironman Running Plan: 10–16 weeks, 3–8 hours per week.
Half Ironman Cycling Plan: 10–16 weeks, 5–12 hours per week.

How soon can I start my training plan after purchase?

After completing your onboarding call, your personalized plan will be delivered within 24 hours so you can start training immediately.

Yes. Every plan is customized to your lifestyle, preferred training days, and available time. Adjustments can be made to suit your personal commitments and recovery needs.
