Beginner / Sub 13 / Sub 12.5 Hour Plans: 20–30 weeks, 10–14 hours per week.
Sub 12 / Sub 11.5 / Sub 11 Hour Plans: 20–30 weeks, 12–18 hours per week.

Your custom Ironman training plan is usually delivered within 24 hours after your onboarding call, allowing you to start training right away.
