How are the training plans personalised to individual needs?

Plans are built from scratch around your goals, weekly training time, and current fitness. Sessions can use heart rate, power, or RPE, and an onboarding consultation ensures everything matches your preferences and equipment.

What is the duration and weekly commitment for each training plan?

100km Plan: 6–12 weeks, 4–15 hours per week
FTP Plan: 6–12 weeks, 6–14+ hours per week
Climbing Plan: 10–16 weeks, 6–14+ hours per week
Haute Route: 16–20 weeks, 6–14+ hours per week
Mallorca 312: 12–16 weeks, 6–14+ hours per week
Vätternrundan: 12–16 weeks, 6–14+ hours per week
Lake Taupo: 10–16 weeks, 6–14+ hours per week
Time Trial: 10–16 weeks, 6–10 hours per week

How can I access my training plan, and is there ongoing support?

Plans are delivered via TrainingPeaks. We provide onboarding assistance before your start date, and ongoing feedback/support is available through our cycling coaching service.

How soon can I start my training plan after purchase?

You will typically receive your tailored plan within 24 hours after the onboarding consultation is completed.

Can the training plans accommodate specific scheduling constraints or preferences?

Yes. Every plan is built around your lifestyle, work and family commitments, travel, and preferred training days, with flexibility for changes.

What happens if a training plan I need is not shown?

If your event or goal is not listed, contact us and we will create a custom plan for your distance, course demands, and timeframe.
